Now that game arenas are opening up, Adam and Asher decided that they want a family day out. Let’s just say, Adam had other plans when he suggested going for a laser tag and car racing game.

In the video below, I vlogged my experience at the Canon Laser zone and a car racing place with the family. I’ve got you covered as I show you a little tour of the place and how to get the most fun out of it especially when visiting with children.

What’s a Laser Tag?

Laser tag is a safe, fun, and exhilarating activity where all age groups in a family can participate in.

Laser tag has its origins in the late 1970s. Even though it is a simple game, it has a multitude of variations and random features.

These variations are a great factor in the game as it encourages teamwork and minimizes instances where players can cheat, just like Adam did.😅

How to Win Your Laser Tag Game

If this is going to be your first laser tag game, or you are playing against children, here are simple tips on how yo uh can win the game.

1) Don’t Stop Shooting

The easiest way to win your laser tag game is to just keep shooting continuously, do not stop. This will increase the likelihood of you hitting your targets. Depending on the laser tag gun that you’re using, you might or might not have the choice of reloading your gun.

2) Keep Low and Crouch Walk

If you really want to make yourself difficult to hit, you should keep low to the ground, and crouch walk. This is useful so you can stay out of the eye-line of your opponent.

3) Use Your Ears

Regardless of people’s opinion that laser tav is an eye game, it pays to have your ears to the ground. You will be at an advantage if you can listen to your opponent’s movements so you can be prepared for their arrival before they’ve even reached you.

4) Aim For the Easy Targets

You want to win right! There’s no shame in aiming for targets that are not as good as you in the game. An inexperienced player is the surest way to get easy points, so target them shamelessly.

Laser tag is a great game to play with your kids, and you can even get try out a car racing game as we did in our  YouTube video. There’s no better way to enjoy your first laser tag experience than going with family.

I love the memories made when the family visit places together, play, and have fun.

Let me know in the comments below if you have gone laser tagging before? If yes, how was your experience? Do not forget to share it!
