Examples of healthy foods for your skin are blueberries, green vegetables (spinach, broccoli, kale), salmon, avocados, and olive oil.

The key to healthy skin is to follow a skincare routine. Find products that work for you, stay consistent, and love the skin you’re in, no matter what.
